I just recently joined a local gym. My initial reason for joining was to help me train for a marathon. After a few weeks of working out, I can honestly say it feels great physically, ,mentally and emotionally. One day after a great work out I felt like Jim Carrey's character Vera Demilo from the show "In Living Color"
